Upgrades carried out in 2007 include:

1. New carpet has been fitted in all three bedrooms
2. Ceiling fans fitted in all three bedrooms
3. Vinyl cushion floor fitted in the bathroom
4. New mattresses fitted to all beds
5. New full-sized single bed fitted to second bedroom
6. Shower pump fitted to the bathroom shower that will provide constant water pressure
7. New taps installed in the bathroom including new bath shower mixer and new basin taps
8. New bedside table covers in all three bedrooms
9. New lamp shades in all three bedrooms
10. New ceiling spotlights in the kitchen
11. New kitchen cutlery/table wear
12. New taps installed in kitchen
13. New ironing board
14. New side lamps and shades in the sitting/dining room
15. New garden furniture
